The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time we ship all packages using UPS ground. If you need your merchandise to arrive quicker, please call for other options.

    Shipping within the contiguous United States is free on orders of $100.00 or more.

    Shipping for orders within the contiguous United States on orders of $99.99 or less is $10.00.

    Orders to those outside of the contiguous United States as well as International orders will be shipped via USPS and will be the actual cost per Priority Mail guidelines.



  • Return Policy
  • Altered items are non-returnable.

    Worn items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

    Joe Sugar's of St. Pauls must inspect all returned items to make a determination of manufacturers defect. This will be an the customer's expense. If we determine that there is a manufacturer's defect the merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.

    How to Return/Exchange a Purchase

    If you wish to return/exchange your purchase and are unable to visit our store, please provide the following:

    1. Merchandise with receipt.

    2. Note with full name, reason for return/exchange along with what you wish to exchange it for if it is an exchange and phone number so that we may contact your regarding the form of payment that was used.

    Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return/exchange.
